
I’ve been meaning to do this for awhile and I’m more then willing to share my results with anyone who is interested, to tell you the truth if something weird comes out of me (like has happened with other people) I’ll be the first one to take a photo and share the love. I’m sure some of you have already went down this path before, as a matter of fact most people serious about there health already know about this and if you’re at some point looking to clean yourself up you should start with what I’m trying to accomplish.
What exactly is that?
Well for starters the first month or so will involve cleaning out my colon, which is then followed by a detoxification. To quote the website all this is coming from…

I don’t expect everyone to believe this, heck it was hard enough for me to turn my attitude around in regards to my health. I’ll be the first to admit that I was quite the garbage guts. In High School specifically I remember swinging by the IGA after class to pick up a couple Iced Tea’s, cinnamon buns, a bag of chips…essentially anything that is loaded in sugar. As the years progressed I graduated from measly after school snacks to making most my evening suppers a form of fast food. Throw in a steady diet of pop (often times mixed with Bacardi Rum) and I can see why I was tipping the scales at 230 years back.
It wasn’t until I had the help of some dietitians that things began to change for me. It started out with a big change in my diet to cut out sugar all together, especially pop. To this day I still won’t drink any form of soda if I don’t have to, the rare time it does happen is because I have no orange or cranberry juice for my vodka. I can honestly say in the last two to three years I’ve had at most 10 soft drinks max. For all you people thinking its alright to drink diet coke as a substitute you’re wrong and chances are diet is worse then regular soda thanks to aspartame. If you don’t believe me on this then spend some time reading here.
Before I get ahead of myself let me just say I don’t claim to be the perfect specimen of health even though I tend to preach quite a bit to the choir about what people should and shouldn’t be eating. Of course no one has to listen to this, after all it is just some degenerate rambling on about his personal health and things he may or may not crap out of him.
But rest assured I will fill anyone in here with the results. You can laugh all you want about this being a farce but after having spoken to many people most people swear by the results and tend to do a colon cleanse and detoxification at least once a year after going through it the first time.
